Booking and cancellation

- to complete the booking, the costumer has seven days within which to pay the deposit (called caparra confirmatoria) corresponding to the 35% of the total cost of the stay. – the caparra confirmatoria can be paid by Bank Transfer (Cassa di Risparmio di Bolzano, at the Selva di Val Gardena branch, account holder: Garni Hotel Giardin / IBAN: IT23 U060 4558 8900 0000 0171 900 / BIC: CRBZIT2B061) or by Credit Card via website www.giardin.it/pos

In case of cancellation, which should be done by e-mail, the costumer will have to pay the following cancellation fee:
- cancellation up to 90 days: no fee, the caparra confirmatoria can be used for a future stay at the Hotel Garni Giardin.
- 90 days to 60 days before arrival: fee about 30% of the caparra confirmatoria, the 70% can be used for a future stay at the Hotel Garni Giardin.
- 60 days to 45 days before arrival: fee about 50% of the caparra confirmatoria, the 50% can be used for a future stay at the Hotel Garni Giardin.
- 45 days before arrival to the day of arrival: fee about 100% of the caparra confirmatoria.
- In the case of no show, the Hotel Garni Giardin reserves the right to charge in addition the full amount of the caparra confirmatoria, also the entire amount of the stay.
- In case of late arrival and / or early departure, the customer will be charged for the full stay. The price per person and day is valid for occupancy by at least two people. In the event of single occupancy you will be charged an extra amount of 80%.

In light of the foregoing facts, we recommend that you contact your insurance company and purchase a travel insurance policy with coverage for cancellation and /or interruption or insurance in the event of your delayed arrival.

By paying the deposit you explicitly recognize the terms and conditions attached to the offer, which constitute an integral part thereof.
