Useful information for your stay in Val Gardena

Before booking at the Giardin Boutique Hotel B&B in the centre of Selva, we recommend that you read all the useful information and booking terms carefully.

Booking conditions

• To complete the booking, the customer must, after sending reservation and having received written confirmation from the Giardin Boutique Hotel B&B, pay a deposit (called caparra confirmatoria) equal to 35% of the total amount.
• The room is confirmed upon receipt of the deposit and the final written confirmation from the Giardin Boutique Hotel B&B.
• For Travel Agencies: the offer has still NET PRICES and the whole amount will be requested on the day of booking.
• A commercial document will be issued upon receipt of the deposit. If you prefer an electronic invoice, please email us your details before making the bank transfer.

Cancellation conditions

Cancellation deadlines and fees

• Cancellation of the reservation up to 15 days prior to the arrival date will incur a cancellation fee of 35% of the booked services.
• Cancellation of the reservation 14 to 8 days prior to the arrival date will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the booked services.
• Cancellation of the reservation 7 to 3 days prior to the arrival date will incur a cancellation fee of 70% of the booked services.
• Cancellation of the reservation within 2 days prior to the arrival date will incur a cancellation fee of 100% of the booked services.

No-show, late arrival and early departure

In case of no-show, late arrival or early departure, cancellation fees amounting to 100% of the booked and unused days will be charged.

Booking modifications and room occupancy

If the room occupancy is changed from double occupancy to single use, a discount of Euro 30,00- per day will be applied to the room forfait rate.

Travel cancellation insurance

We recommend taking out insurance against cancellation, interruption and/or delayed arrival for your trip.

Payment

Outstanding balance at check-in, tourist tax & incidentals at check-out. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, debit cards and cash.

Check-in / Check-out

Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is before 10:00.

Animals

Pets are not permitted at the hotel.

Smoking

We kindly remind you that smoking is forbidden in all rooms of the hotel.

By paying the deposit you explicitly recognize the terms and conditions attached to the offer, which constitute an integral part thereof.
